   建筑幕墻在我國獲得到長足的發展,一些系統達到或超越國外的水平,涌現出一大批精品工程和高科技含量的工程,但是同時也有很多工程出現問題,甚至是不可諒解的安全性問題。
 
經過近些年的工程檢測、實驗室檢驗以及技術會議的討論,發現幕墻的這些問題可以通過設計手段加以避免。本文希望對我國幕墻行業設計水平的提高能有所幫助。
 
玻璃幕墻
 
玻璃幕墻是應用比較廣泛的外墻系統。在建筑外墻中的主導地位不可動搖,先后出現了很多精品工程。
 
氟碳涂層與結構膠直接粘接
 
   一些結構密封膠和氟碳涂層的粘接是達不到幕墻要求的,因此隱框幕墻玻璃組件的副框和玻璃之間、氟碳涂層面板間接縫部位的密封應采取措施,提高粘接力。有多種措施可供選擇:(a)涂底漆,然后再打注結構膠,但一些專家認為這種方法并不可靠,屬于“兩層皮”,也沒有比較有說服力的正面報道證明這種方法確實有效,因此尚需進一步觀察、研究;(b)采用組合型材構造,直接粘接結構膠部分與型材其他部分開,直接粘接結構膠部分采用陽極氧化處理;(c)氟碳噴涂過程中,對待粘接部位進行遮擋,保持其表面仍為陽極氧化;(d)采取補救措施,用砂紙等將待粘接表面的涂層去掉,靠自然氧化(大約5μm)。
 
自攻釘連接
 
   自攻釘連接是一般的連接或定位連接,作為結構連接,其可靠性較差。
 
鋼鋁型材混合使用(鋁包鋼)
 
方鋼管內表面不易實現噴丸處理,熱鍍鋅時容易出現質量問題,導致抗腐蝕性能低下;鋼鋁配合間隙應比較嚴密,否則不能達到共同受力,給防止出現雙金屬電化學腐蝕造成困難。
 
短壓蓋
 
   明框幕墻采用壓蓋壓接,一方面便于實現等壓腔,另一方面可以與扣蓋實現卡接。采用不連續的壓蓋(短壓蓋),雖然可以降低成本,但會出現玻璃不平、等壓腔無法形成等問題。
 
橫梁立柱間連接件采用兩點連接
 
幕墻橫梁常常會出現“耷拉頭”現象,其原因可能有:(1)橫梁承載力不滿足要求;(2)橫梁和立柱的連接比較薄弱,比如橫梁立柱間的連接件采用兩個螺栓(釘)連接,由于其抗扭性能比較差,導致幕墻橫梁發生扭轉。
 
大截面裝飾條無滴水線
 
   大截面裝飾條上表面會有積灰,如果不設置滴水線,會造成幕墻表面出現較多流痕。如果在裝飾條前端設置滴水線,能有效避免水和灰塵混合流到幕墻表面。
 
裝飾蓋與活卡口配合
 
   裝飾蓋應與擠壓型材的卡口相連接,這種卡口尺寸固定、精度較高,能夠實現可靠的連接。通過螺釘連接后形成的卡口精度達不到要求,連接不可靠。
 
開啟腔未設置熱密線
 
   熱密線在節能鋁合金窗的設計中有較廣泛的應用,但在建筑幕墻的開啟腔內應用較少,導致幕墻開啟部位節能效果低下。
 
隱框幕墻采用非定距壓板
 
   隱框幕墻和半隱框幕墻通常采用壓板(壓塊)傳力,其間距一般不大于300mm,有定距和非定距壓板兩種。定距壓板通過連接螺栓緊固后其壓接間隙比較固定,對玻璃面板副框的壓緊力比較一致,便于吸收結構和溫度等變形,減少摩擦噪音,并且能夠避免因壓塊壓得不均造成玻璃面板出現影像畸變現象。
 
假明框隱框未按隱框幕墻進行設計
 
   假明框通常在隱框幕墻的接縫處加裝一個裝飾條,起到明框幕墻的裝飾效果。這種結構應采用隱框幕墻的設計方法設計中空玻璃和結構膠,即第二道密封膠應采用硅酮結構膠密封。如果采用聚硫膠作為中空玻璃的第二道密封,盡管不一定在紫外線照射下破壞,仍然存在不安全的因素。
